Open a month and choose a date to see its workshops and announcements. A marked day has published activity; the details show whether a workshop can be booked.
All times are local to Malta. Select “Book this session” to choose your guests and continue.
Can we arrange our own group?
Bring your family, friends or colleagues for a private experience. Michela can also help you plan a team pastizzi bake-off.

Only published workshops and announcements appear here. An unmarked date doesn’t mean a private visit is available or unavailable. Browse another month to see available dates.
Past dates remain visible in the calendar, but only upcoming available sessions can be booked.
Can I book close to the day?
If a day has no confirmed bookings, the first booking needs at least 40 hours’ notice. If Michela already has a confirmed booking that day, additional places may remain available before the session’s booking deadline.
The booking page checks the latest availability before holding your places.
